We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund & Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our responsibilities.
1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days. We may request:

Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund or store credit - whichever is applicable to your situation.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:

Preference for a different style or absorbency

No longer needing the product

However, we do accept returns or exchanges if the item is the incorrect size, provided that:

The product is unopened, unused and in its original condition

The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
Once we verify your order details and inspect the order returned item, we will:

Send out the correct size (subject to stock availability), or

Issue a store credit or refund (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable)

Please note that return shipping for size-related exchanges will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage method.
